Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please note that some items may have specific return restrictions as detailed below.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Stitchelle
  • Are in their original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and components
  • Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable patterns and digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Opened craft kits for hygiene reasons
  • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at ask@stitchelle.com to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your items securely in their original packaging
  5. Ship to our return address (provided upon authorization)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email about the status of your return
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Other payment methods may take up to 14 business days

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged items or packaging
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the return

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes or colors of the same item
  • Defective products
  • Damaged items received

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
